These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Sika Royal Beads & Accessories website, place an order through our online shop, or purchase goods or agreed services from us. Please read them before placing an order.

Sika Royal Beads & Accessories supplies bead jewellery, accessories, bespoke creations and related services from the United Kingdom.

Products & Descriptions

We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Because many pieces are handmade and beads may vary slightly in colour, pattern, shape, finish or placement, minor variations may occur and form part of the individual character of handmade work. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear.

Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and will be confirmed before checkout. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown or calculated before you place the order. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.

Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We may contact you if a product is unavailable, information is incomplete, payment cannot be authorised, or an obvious pricing or description error has occurred. An order becomes binding when it is accepted in accordance with the order-confirmation process used by our store.

Bespoke & Personalised Orders

For bespoke or personalised work, you are responsible for checking the information, measurements, spelling, colours and specifications you provide. We may ask you to approve details before production begins. Changes requested after work has started may not be possible and may affect the price or completion time.

Sizing & Waistbeads

Where measurements are required, customers should follow the measurement guidance provided and submit measurements carefully. Fit can vary according to body shape, preferred placement and how a waistbead is intended to be worn. Please contact us for guidance before ordering if you are unsure.

Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated times are set out at checkout or communicated for bespoke orders. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or local charges for which the recipient may be responsible.

Returns & Cancellations

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Delivery & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Repairs, Revamps & Customer-Owned Items

Repairs and revamp services are subject to assessment. Because pre-owned beadwork may contain aged, fragile or previously damaged materials, we will take reasonable care but cannot guarantee that every original component can be preserved or reused. Any material limitations identified before work begins will be discussed with you where practicable.

Website Content & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Sika Royal Beads & Accessories name, branding, original product designs, photographs, written content and other original website materials belong to Sika Royal Beads & Accessories or are used with permission. They must not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Acceptable Use
